Every region has a winery & vintner association. If you contact you local association they will be able to tell you which wineries offer educational programs. |

If you are interested in Santa Barbara County Wineries, you could contact the Santa Barbara County Vintners' Association (www.sbcountywines.com). Last time I visited Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Rita Hills, and Santa Maria Valley, I used this resource for winery education. |

I recently went to Cakebread Cellars in Napa Valley. While taking their fantastic tasting tour, I found out that they also offer wine classes that I will have to try next time. |

Next time you are in Northern California why don't you visit the City of Sonoma, including the Mission, the Cheese Factory, and especially Sebastiani Winery. They offer wine seminars. |

Nice post. I have been to the Sebastiani Winery and have attended their wine seminars. I had a great time and highly recommend it. |

As mentioned before, besides local wine associations, almost any wine region has a certain appellation or AVA. These offices will offer you, or refer you, to local wineries that would love to help with educational programs during your winery visit. |

Their is "The Hitching Post Bar & Restaurant" in Buellton/Santa Ynez Valley. The owners, not only, have restaurants but also their own winery and vineyards. May be you want to talk to them re: Winery Education for you? |

One of the latest Wine Forum Notes, talks about re: Wine Crushing Plants in order to become a Wine Maker. Here is my suggestion. If you would like to obtain Winery Education, why don't you contact your local Wine Crushing Plant, surely they would love to talk with you. |

Depending in what area you are living? My cousin is always looking for brandnew wineries. There you start on the groundfloor. The wine owner, the winemaker, etc. all the people will be available and you are working side by side. This offers you hands-on experience and will really improve
you Winery Education. Good Luck! |

In some paper, "The Phildelphia Wine School" was quoted. Go online and find out what courses they offer, if you are interested. |

Winery Education: a number of wine merchants are now offering educational programs. Contact your local or on-line wine merchant and see what they have to say. |

Have you ever heard of The Wine School of Philadelphia? Who has any experience with this school? |
