Good posting. Does anyone know how Ozone Preservation fits into the organically wine growing process?

According to the above study: Ozone Preservation could prevent allergies. Would be a giant advantage?

True, the above Ozone study is interesting. If if could prevent allergies, what about wine drinkers' headaches, no-headaches would be exciting news.
