I am glad you enjoy that combo.
Still I will keep on drinking Reds and pairing them with Dark chocos.

Some of the real dark chocolate is getting to bitter for my taste.
Still, I prefer Reds and Chocos.

If the dark chocolate is on the bitter side, try and pair it with your favorite Mild Merlot.

You will find delectable, delicious and distintive tastes, fruits and flavors in this beautiful 2006 Carter Cellars Merlot Truchard from Napa Valley in California, nicely paired with dark chocolate from Harry and David.

Carter Cellars Merlot, you have expensive wine tastes. But I like your combination.

With Light & White & Milk Chocolate you could pair any of your favorite White Wines. Be different a try a Viognier.

Here is another tasty and fruity Chardonnay that goes well with
light milk/hazelnut chocolate, called 2008 Angels Creek Chardonnay from Lodi in California.

rather than a piece of chocolate, for my birthday, I choose to pair with a double-chocolate layer cake. The recipe is from Ina Garten who said, "“This is the most fabulous chocolate cake that I’ve ever made,” - and that is saying a lot!

Here is the recipe: http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/double-chocolate-layer-cake

Enjoy!
